Block SMS Sender or Text Message in Zoom Phone

Text (SMS) Message from a single sender

To block a text message in Zoom Phone, follow the directions below:

In the Zoom application, go to the Phone tab.
Click on the SMS tab.
Select the message or sender that you want to block.
Click the more icon(three horizontal dots).
- In the Zoom mobile app, click on the information icon
Click Block Number, then select one of the following options:
- Spam messages: The phone number will be marked as Spam and blocked and submitted to your admin to be marked as Spam for your organization.
- Other reasons: The phone number will be blocked only for you.
In the dialog box that appears, click Block to confirm.

Expend the conversation to see the details, and then block individual members.

Click on the conversation to open the thread.
Click on the information / details icon (letter i in a circle).
Select a participant from the list of participants.
Click on the More icon (three horizontal dots) to see the option to Bock Number.
